Honestly no words. Upon our arrival we were not even greeted. We walked in and there was a girl standing at the front, i believe her name is Katie. We came around 9 pm so i asked if they were closed or were they able to sit three of us. She looked at me angrily and replied “what?” i repeated myself again. She rolled her eyes and started walking away from us to our table, us not knowing whether she was genuinely just walking away or taking us to our table. So we followed and were sat at our table. She asks “any allergies” with a smug look on her face we replied and she walked away. We ordered our food through the app, two of us got full meals and the other just a portion of chips. My meal came and the portion of chips came. i ordered a wrap and said as i ordered no chilli jam. Guess what. It came with chilli jam! I wasn’t honestly bothered so i ate it. I also ordered the peri chips and got plain chips. Me with my meal and the other with her chips had almost finished and the last meal still hadn’t came. Ordered the bean burger and was asked what kind of bun/breading I would like, went for the pita. The bottom of the pita was still partly frozen. Look, these things happen. Rang in to let the restaurant know what happened and the manager responded with nothing but indifference. Told me no such order was placed and offered no apology. On the call I made it clear I just wanted to bring this to their attention. An apology would have been nice. Kind of shocked as you wouldn't be treated like this if something similar happened at a local chip shop, this is a massive chain and we were honestly excited to give it a go. Second time was this evening as we decided to give it a second chance. In short, long hair was found in the butterfly burger, server got me a new meal which was expected however partner continued to eat his (as it would have got cold otherwise). When I received my new meal, it was missing the Peri Salt on the chips. I ate some of the meal but left at the earliest opportunity due to what happened, I even left my paid dessert.
