Rumbles — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Was in last night. 9.45. Asked for cheese burger with onions. Told grill off we closing up at 10!!!!. 15 minutes!! Got chicken burger charged £4.90. Xtra 60p for dressing and portion onion rings. Saw on price board chicken burger was £4.35 on way out and it was no sooner in fryer and back out again. Got home which is 3 to 4 minutes away to find burger barely warm and onion rings better hard couldn't eat them. Obviously all thrown out was too late to go back. Meant to call in today to say to manager, as his staff on that night couldn't be quick enough to get me out. Very poor customer service have to say and nearly £8...

Very disappointed website says closes at 11pm. Phoned at 10pm to place an order for collection at 10.30 to be told no! They close at 10.30!!! Is this a staff decision?? Or management?? Need to update the website as false representation!! Not happy a lot of people like myself and my colleague's sometimes depend on a guilty pleasure to keep us going when working all night!! But not getting it from here!!...

There was a time when Rumbles was one of the best chippys in Lisburn but that was many many years ago.
