Synge & Byrne Deli Rushmere — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Was out shopping with my elderly grandparents and needed somewhere to eat. Everywhere else was busy so we decided to try here. As we entered this place I told my grandparents too sit down and I would get the food to save them standing and let them rest. As they sat down we got screamed at by a lady behind the counter saying we needed to buy food first before we could sit down as we cant reserve seats. Now for a start, my grandparents are nearly nearly 90 and they needed somewhere to sit, so I thought she would be more considerate but apparently not. Secondly I understand that reserving seats could mean customers ready to sit won't have a seat but there was 5 others in there at the time and no-one else was coming in. Absolutely appalling behaviour especially towards an elderly couple... Got up and left absolutely disgusted by her behaviour and customer...

Absolutely horrible service, ordered food on just eat, the food had claimed to be delivered to our address, after we searched half the estate for the food to no avail, we called the cafe earns the woman said the driver had just left and it must’ve been a glitch, 20 minutes go by and we called again but they refused to pick up for 15 minutes until we called on another phone to which they picked up. When I complained she was incredibly rude and pretended not to hear me, just kept saying hello over and over again till she hung up. I then called on yer another phone to which the exact same thing happened. Absolutely disgusting service, will never order from here again, and kept wait to...

The attitude of the staff in this establishment leaves lot to be desired. Brought my family in at 16.00 yesterday, went to the counter after getting my family seated (at an uncleared dirty table). I asked for a soup and the response I got was a sharp "none left". We were trying to see what we would like when the older lady in charge came out and said " whatever is sitting there is all that's left, we've been flat out from 9 this morning"! We were made to feel an inconvenience as customers. I will never return to this place and if I were the manager I'd be doing a few training sessions to ensure the staff know the meaning of customer service! Would...
