Burger King — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I went on opening weekend and had the worst Whopper of my life.

The onions still had the skin on so were inedible and had to be removed. The only tomato to be found was a small slice off the end which had obviously been frozen as it had the consistency of butter and zero flavour and there was barely any mayo and ketchup. The whole thing tasted different and odd.

The service left a lot to be desired too. The girl on the drive through can't have been there long enough to hate her job but even if her upbringing didn't teach her any manners, you'd think her training might. A please and a thank you goes a long way, as does making even some kind of attempt to be hospitable.

It would astound me if Burger King didn't have an experienced manager overseeing the opening days of this restaurant to ensure their brand didn't suffer due to quality issues, but it certainly seems they didn't.

This place should be shut down. Last 3 times have been shocking. Order is wong everytime. 1st time, the food was cold, to which I got blank looks and another burger made inside 2 minutes which was even colder, the Bap was literally out of the bridge it was cold. 2nd time they sold me chili cheese bites, which NO cheese... see pictures. They also gave my burger to the car in front, who had ordered a chicken burger, the girl was standing in front of me saying "hopefully he doesnt notice and drives on".... he noticed!! then when he opened it in front of her, shje confirmed it was my burger and tried to wrap it up and give it to me! I had to reminder A that it was just opened and touched by someone else and B were in the middle of a pandemic. and thid time same girl didnt give me my burger when I ordered a whooper meal... and claimed I only ordered a chip and a drink??! Went with my friends for a meal after cinema, expecting a tasty burger from a restaurant chain I rarely go to. I went to order, there were two girls chatting, refusing to acknowledge I was there, and there I was standing like a loner. When I finally ordered, the card machine didn't even work, even though it said it allowed contactless payments, so I had to use my emergency cash. I was then served my food (crispy chicken and Oreo shake), and I got a fanta, instead of the shake. They said I could have it on the house which was good of them, and they said they would bring it down soon. 10 mins passed and I still didn't get it, so I went up again to tell them about it.
