Having not been in Lisburn in over 20 years I googled good places for lunch CREMA had the best reviews

.so decided to give it a try and was so delighted I did. It was just after one o’ clock, a queue which was perfectly monitored by a very pleasant girl with brown hair
..luckily we were a two and we seated immediately as a three had to wait (no longer than 5 mins as they ended up being seated beside us) Seated given menus and informed to place order at till. It took us a while to order as the menu was amazing & it took us time to decide on what we wanted for lunch. The sliced chicken, fries, cheese& pepper sauce etc were amazing! There was a lovely buzz in the cafe which was kept neat & tidy by the staff. Came home told husband and daughter about CREMA and we’ve already decided to make a visit as a family so they can enjoy what I did. Keep up the...

Crema has went downhill. Been coming here for a couple of years and over the last 6 months it's getting worse and worse. Today I waited ten minutes at a till to order a takeaway coffee. Other people came in and got served ice-cream and food to eat in and I was ignored at the takeaway till which grew into a queue of 5+. A takeaway coffee and tray bake took 10 mins to order and another 5 to 10 minutes to prepare.

I agree with another comment on here that the staff are all new and no one seems to have a clue, multiple staff wondering about and very very slow. Last week I called in and it wasn't busy and it took 15 mins to get a takeaway coffee.

Do not go here if you are short on time, you will be ignored and your takeaway coffee will be about 15 mins where in any other coffee shop...

Have been to Crema many’s of times and has always been wonderful however today was shocking. A lot of new staff. When ordering food the person on tills was not very pleasant. I assume a manager as he was wearing a shirt, however he seemed clueless. I ordered an ice cream for a child paid and he forgot it on 2 occasions I then had to ask another staff member a third time for the ice cream. A girl with brown hair in a ponytail was very rude when I asked for a glass of water it was like I had 10 heads. Didn’t get the water for ages. I witnessed another table leave as their food had not came out. Shocking I don’t know what has changed but I’m afraid I won’t be back. Very rude staff. Food was standard but not worth...

place is well maintained. Food is good. But service is horrible. Waited 1.5 hrs for my food to arrive. Tried to call waitress. No response. Been given food after more than hour of waiting. Told waitress its taken too long, for my liking. She didn't even addressed my concern. And went away. I never seen such casual and uncaring attitude in any hospitality place. The place was full of people. As its 2 Jan. But they weren't caring about customer it seems. Food was good no doubt. But it kinda kill the hunger. When you have to wait tremendously long for it. (Edit : Adding photo. Cuz somehow owner think , I am lying. I am not. )

Went to Cream for the first time and tbh I am unsure will we be back. The food was absolutely lovely but the attitude of the staff definitely made the whole experience not as pleasant as it should have been. It's very confusing where to stand while waiting to be seated and we did go the wrong way I will admit it but the behaviour of the girl that was working there was outrageous! So yeah even though the food was very nice I am not sure will we be rushing back.

A nice find! Paid a flying visit to this café today, but was worth stopping by! Was impressed by the amount of home-baked goodies, the big menu and the nice setting. Not easy for small cafés to offer this broad choice! Lovely artwork for sale decorating the walls too! Or you can people watch by the window! Service was fast and friendly. £13.50 for 2 coffees (one large with oat milk), a sausage roll with salad and coleslaw, and a scone.
