Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Been here many times and always excellent see but after today’s service will not be back. Girl who claimed to be manager lacked personality and was extremely rude when asked for an extra plate and threw the food on to the table in an abrupt manner. Food also was not to its usual standard and presentation.

When challenged she just I’m the manager so no point complaining

Tesco need either replace this lady with someone or retrain the lady on her customer service. The people I was with were shocked by lack of care and customer service that we are accustomed to when visiting this store.

This may be a one off but is not acceptable
