Previously given this store a five star review for excellent customer service and great tasting food.

Being regular customers we have notice standards slipping.

Now on several occasions we have called in, waited in a lenghly queue to only be told at the till they do not have products to fulfill our order. Good customer service would be to have a member of staff inform customers in the queue to save them wasting their time.

The previous occasion there was no bacon for the maple and bacon pancakes, no muffins available and no hash browns for the breakfast meal. Customers should not have had to wait in a lenghly queue to be told this at the till

Today we were faced with no eggs for any breakfast meal. We went ahead with our breakfast with no eggs. My wife got pancakes and when we got into the car to eat out meal the pancakes were cold and hard to the point where it felt like they were never heated. The hash browns are just threw into the bag lately and not in their own protected sleeve like they used to be. The grease from them causes them to stick to the napkin that is in the bag.

Disappointing from what used to be an excellent quality place. Hopefully they can get back to what they...

I go here almost daily. Mainly use the drive thru. The staff are very nice. The coffee quality is pretty consistent. It can change from time to time when new staff start but that is expected and happens across many coffee shops. The drive thru is often very quick.

There is free parking here. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there is disabled parking spots close to the entrance which would help anyone needing this option. The inside is quite nice, the chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere is good. There are toilets available which are often quite clean. You can order at the till with a person or use the self service machines.

Of course like any fast food style place, it is very clean and hygienic. However, when it gets really busy sometimes a mess can be left by previous customers which takes a short while to get cleared by staff but this is expected. The place is relatively quiet and quite relaxing to sit in during breakfast time and weekdays in general. It would be busier during the weekend.

I have visited the site a few times and have friends who rave about the coffee and drinks from here. As a non coffee drinker - I am possibly not the target audience :-) So take all into account. The team are friendly, the site is busy, the interior seems many years old compared to what it is ( the seats are not lasting in my opinion!) . I have had food each time I have been in there and sadly I have not been impressed - this time was tuna wrap, fries and chicken burger and fries. The wrap was fine - but the burger was not the best at all. As mentioned I have stopped and tried the food a few times and it just does not do it for me sadly. That said the location is super popular for people stopping by for tea/coffee - sit in and drive by. Others I know love the drinks...sadly - just not for me, I do not get the hype. If the food was better - it could be a winner. The fries were spot on and some of the sweets are great, but the additional offerings sadly are not impressive. I wonder if they are trying to expand the menu just too much - as it is not...
