Radhuni Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

First and last time I will ever be ordering from Radhuni in Glengormley. Ordered food on Just eat at 6.55pm and accidentally ordered it to the wrong address and rang the restaurant straight away to get the address changed to be then told by the man on the phone who is extremely rude that the address couldn’t be changed. He made up multiple different excuses for example, saying he couldn’t find the docket, saying the food was already out for delivery when the order had been placed a few minutes before I had rang. He persistently argued over the phone about my order & then hung up. I rang back and he again said the docket was lost. I then said on the phone that I wanted to cancel the order and was told to do it through just eat. When I went on to just eat it said that I had to pay £9 to cancel my order because the restaurant had already prepared the food which they had not. My sister then rang about the order and he was rude down the phone again and continued to argue until she had mentioned that this incident would lead to bad publicity he then said he would get the food delivered to the right address. The food ended up being delivered to the wrong address so we rang again to say our food was sent to the wrong house.The man on the phone continued to argue about the order. Ordered food off just eat (I know it's a 3rd party) never had an issue before. Only reason I ordered off them is because the place only takes cash when ordering directly. Anyway I placed an order after the way home from work. As I was not home they tried to deliver. As I was not home and it was late at night (11pm) the delivery person did not leave it at the door like every other company I have ordered from before. The delivery person did try to call me but because I was on the way home from work I had no signal where I was and only got the missed calls later on. When I called him back I asked him why he did not leave at the door like every other company as it was pre paid to my address. His response was that because somebody else said before that he delivered and didn't receive the order. Is that not why you take photos after you deliver? Either he thought that because he tried to call me or he is new that the food was his because he tried to call and I didn't answer. Regards I had pre paid for this at my address. Now just eat are making this hard for me to get my money back and now I have to try and order from somewhere else at 1130pm and pay more money for something I prepaid for. When I called the place they said they were closing and there is nothing they can do until tomorrow. From now on I will order off different Indian food places in the area and there is plenty ie mama masala,...

Terrible service from this resturant I had.ordered a 40 quid order and arrived cold with no heat in it.complained to resturannt and so called manager called mohammed put phone down on me...my problem was I ordered a medium chicken curry and also gobi side with 6 tandoori roti.dirst of all the chicken chicken curry River with notice whats so ever.no .taste to it.it was cold .along with the aloo gobi.which was tasteless.6 tandoori rota that where paper thin.amd again cold.complained to the manger who said his name wS mohammed.normally the food is quite good at this resturant when I place a order.but tonight wS terrible .not spice or heat whT so ever.after complaining to resturant regarding my food.the so called manger put the phone down on me.not wanting to listen to my complain.. so I've decided I won't be ordering anything from this resturanr.they simply didn't take my complained on board. Ended with mye putting my food in the bin as it wasn't what I paid 40 quid for...definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this resturant...notgood at receiving fed back about the orders.they think they cocoon well.but not tonight.and after the so called manger putting the phone down.i would definitely not recommend any one ordering from here as your complained wouldn't go down well..dont get me wrong sometimes there curries tasteamazinf.but thT depends on who...
