Water Fortune — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I will never be back. For mother in laws birthday we decided to have a takeaway. Tried ringing for half hour, no answer so brother in law went to premises and ordered. 55 minutes he was waiting. Brings food home half order is missing or wrong. Tried to phone to complain and conveniently they didn't answer. So myself and hubby had to leave our kids who were starving but couldn't eat their food as peppers thriugh their noodles and one has a sensitivity to peppers and return. Sat and waited, gave a bottle of diet coke to compensate (yeah right), and still a portion of curry sauce is missing that was paid for and not received and obviously the food that was left at home is freezing. Absolute disaster and will never spend money in here again. A restaurant wouldn't get away with this service. Who has time to queue, wait an hour, return and then can enjoy their food. To be honest it ruined the evening and was a shambles. They shouldn't take an order if can't competently fulfill it first time. A £60 order that will never...

Maybe we were unlucky but this was the worst experience of a Chinese takeaway I’ve had in years. The prawn crackers tasted like they were cooked in petrol, the chicken in my Chicken with Ginger and Spring Onion was tough and the sauce dilute and tasteless. The Chinese vegetable side dish which is normally anneasy winner honestly tasted like it had been cooked in chlorine or some other chemical - absolutely disgusting. The chilli chicken was passable but like so many takeaway meals suffered from a massive excess of salt - why?!!!! Food is great but the last two times they have messed up my order. The first time they handed me my food in a bag and went off to serve another customer. When I got home half the order was missing. They had the audacity to say that I hadn't picked up an imaginary bag on the counter. Even if it existed I would need to be informed it was for me.

I gave them another chance tonight. The girl at the counter couldn't leave the phone conversation she was having with a friend discussing the weekend, so took my order as she spoke. When I got home the order was wrong.

Chefs are excellent but the Front of House staff really need to take more...
