Hot Grill Kebab/Pizza and Burger House — Restaurant in Norwich

Ordered at 5.40, told 50min wait which was fine, it arrived at 6.40, so a bit late but not bad. Our problem being it was missing bits, it wasn’t complicated either. Called to tell them and was told it would be asap maybe 30mins, were now 1hr10 later from the call for 2 of our group to eat. Told it was on its way after ringing from a separate phone to the initial call complaint as they wouldn’t answer us. It’s not exactly busy for early evening and a kebab shop!! Now 8pm and just delivered, 1hr20 late from the first delivery. Thank goodness we didn’t order for the kids. But on the third complaining call to chase for re delivery we were told...

Popped in after work, Friendly staff, Reasonable prices and good sized portions. The chips were very tasty (often hit and miss with take aways, but these were delicious) to be fair so was the shish kebab meat and chicken. Saw multiple orders being made while I waited and good food hygiene practices in action (another thing that can be hit or miss in other places lol) Will certainly visit again

Google asked me to update my review (it must of detected I was there again) Chips still really tasty (don't know what oil they use but it makes the chips very moreish), shish kebab meat was fantastic.

First time using this kebab shop and honestly won't be using it again. Their was no difference between a kids meal and a standard size. Paid more for the standard size and honestly the kids meal was identical in size. Little more pricey than some other kebab shops in norwich and arguably doesn't justify the price. The food was average and that's all when you're spending £30+ you expect more than average. My advice is spending your money elsewhere for better value, better portion sizes, and better food!...
