when to kfc on mile cross lane today. I know that the staff are under pressure in a fast working environment. Having said that it does not excuse unacceptably bad service. When i walked in the first thing i noticed is that the lady was calling out order numbers to customer in what i think was an overly aggressively manor. I decided to still eat there as i was pushed for time, When my number was called (aggressively and rudely) i went to collect my food. I asked if i could have a bag as i have a bit of a walk. Only to be told the box the food was in was the bag, when i asked for something to carry my food back i was told the box it what you get. i asked for some sauce (this was a mistake) I got one sachet thrown at me i asked for a second sachet as we all know they are small. i got the same reaction as if i had asked for them to explain the meaning of life to me. If the food was amazing i would possibly put up with the treatment i got from the staff. but by the time i got my food (minus the bag) back to work it was cold. So my advice to you kfc would be staff training on customer service. also common sense to be used a box...

Made my order nothing special just wrap of the day, it was busy with approx 15 people waiting for food 4 people serving 3 just stood with their backs to counter chatting 1 bloke making all the drinks. Queue got bigger and bigger but no food coming out people started going to counter asking what's going on, it all got a bit tense then people stated getting refunds and walking away when their order was called. After 20 mins my number was called, got to counter only to be told sorry no wraps. We've run out. I was told I could reorder but would be at back of queue. Wraps had run out hrs ago but they didn't know how to take them off the electronic order board so loads of people in the queue would also have been waiting for wraps. I got a refund and went elsewhere but I told everyone I walked past in the queue there were no wraps and about 10 others people who'd all been waiting ages then headed to the counter for refunds. Communication and organisation was a shambles, no wonder the staff couldn't face the customers. People were waiting 20 to 30 minutes to find all or part of their orders were...
Read moreThis place is nice and the service is quick but they often are unable to fulfill orders and honestly do not have great customer service about it when they do. I dont go to KFC that much yet twice they have not had what I ordered which is a problem with the machines I think but still annoying. When they cannot fulfill your order the first thing they do is try to make you pick another item even if it is of less value which is annoying like I paid an extra 20p for a special drink yet instead I get a normal drink and not my money back and honestly like I wish they could be less abrasive about it or a bit apologetic like its kinda unpleasant. Before when they didnt have a ice cream I'd ordered they originally refunded me like 40p short as thed refunded me for a small one even though id ordered a large one and I didn't want to pay 40p for something I didn't get yet they where pretty rude about it which isn't great customer service tbh. Overall its quick and the foods good but the service can be pretty bad and they often don't have what you ordered
