Got served by Eva on the bar, friend of mine had a craving for a spicy Margarita and unfortunately they had no tobasco sauce. As a hospitality worker over AT TGI'S Riverside I have a lot of appreciation for customer service. It's no secret that Spoons is a brand known for delivering service and products that don't blow you away but consistency is always there and this is why they have repeat custom for a product that provides what it says on the tin, however today I was very appreciative when both Eva and the Manager Craig went above and beyond to accommodate my friends obscure craving. Always appreciative of the service I receive here at The Bell, and will remain a loyal customer. Keep up the great work guys.

I know I've taken a photo of my pretty drink today -rhubarb gin and tonic -rather than my food which seemed sensible at the time My food today is my new found favourite and it is absolutely and totally delicious Teriyaki noodles with pulled chicken -mmm mmm! If anything the plate it was served to me on could have been hotter but that is my personal choice -by coincidence it also happens to be a good choice of meal as I'm on a low fat diet - Served with a knife and fork!-next time I'll ask for a spoon and fork I think It was extremely busy there today - children's half term -but we we're in early and found a vacant table relatively easily Looking forward to our next visit once half terms finished

Visited the pub before the Take That concert in May 2024 and the place was heaving. Very lucky to get a table, but we did. Decided to order food and was happy to see that they now offer ramen on the menu. To be honest we weren't expecting much, but it was absolutely delicious. Added chicken & an egg as extra and it was hot, tasty, just enough spice and perfect for a pre concert dinner. There was too much coriander for me but that's my personal choice and I just took a lot of it out. Service was fast and cheerful. Well done Wetherspoons, will definitely be ordering again

So out of the three Wetherspoons we visited in Norwich today, in our opinion this had to be our least favourite. It does have an outside area to the front, however it felt rather congested and full of pigeons picking at not only leftovers on unattended plates but also trying to muscle in on the food on people's plates. Due to the trees, it is not ideal for enjoying the sun. The inside of this Spoons was alot smaller than we expected from looking at the outside building. The staff were polite. We did not eat but enjoyed a nice drink.

I read that the Bell Hotel dated back from 1485 and was later one of the cityâs leading coaching inns. During WWII, the top floor was used as a dormitory for the American Womenâs Army Air Corps. There are two floors. Ground floor bar has a tree-shaded terrace outside with indoor and outdoor seatings. Even during the day there are many people sitting outside for drinks. The upstairs bars are on two levels but the menus are all the same. Food was so so and they have a wide selection of beers. Prices are cheap.
