Well, if you’re looking to try different cocktails, that you’ve never tried before and looking to get drunk in a short amount of time, then this is the place! The bonus was that the food (I had burger and chips, but two of my friends had chicken and the other had smashed avocado and poached eggs) was absolutely delicious! The burger was so nice, I tried my friends chicken and that was SPICAAAYYY, but sooo good and I tried my other friends smashed avocado and eggs and omg that was amazing and the eggs were cooked perfectly and I have never had avocado before! This was my first time here and Lauren our server was amazing with her suggestions, recommendations and service (I’m pretty sure she just wanted to see us drunk and fall over lol) She was absolutely amazing and she made our time there even better. Even the decor was amazing! There’s a freakin camper van in two halves in there 🤣🤣 (hang on, I may have a picture if there’s no randoms in the back then I’ll add it as I think I took it before people sat there) the rest of the staff were nice and friendly too, even when I accidentally took a photo of them in the background of a picture I was taking of me and my friends (I apologised and made sure to ask them, if it was okay to post it online with them in the background haha). They all seemed like lovely people and I definitely would recommend this place after my first visit. Cheap considering the amount you drink and eat, as it was £40 each (there was 4 of us) lots of cocktails plus a meal, great service and you get drunk lol (well, we did! Haha) Well worth it! 🥰🥰 Thanks again for a fab time! Although, I can imagine that some days may be really challenging, keep smiling and keep being awesome all of you! The world is a better place with you in it! 💞💞

Ahoy there, mateys! My recent voyage to Turtle Bay in Norwich was a true Caribbean escapade! The atmosphere was so lively, I felt like I had a personal limbo instructor by my side. The drinks flowed like a tropical waterfall – they were pouring happiness faster than you can say "rum punch." I felt like I was on a liquid holiday, and the variety of concoctions made me feel like a pirate discovering a treasure trove! The staff were as friendly as a parrot with a parrot in his shoulder! They made me feel like I was the captain of my own Caribbean adventure. In terms of food, I'd say it was a flavour explosion that rivals a 4 legged foxtrot dance-off. The jerk chicken was so good; I almost broke into a reggae rendition of "Sweet Caroline." To sum it up, Turtle Bay in Norwich is a tropical haven in the heart of the city. Whether you're a seasoned rum enthusiast or a first-time Caribbean explorer, this place will make you say, "Ya man, this be the spot!" Cheers to Turtle Bay for providing a wave of good vibes and enough drinks to turn an evening into a legendary calypso party! 🍹🌴

Not a good start as 1 of our party of 3 left her bag n the car so didn’t have ID. Completely understand why they couldn’t serve her alcohol but it meant we could not have the bottomless brunch either. Decided to just eat and have the 2 for 1 cocktails as it was a birthday get together. Food was lovely. Spicy but good. I had the jerk lamb and it was cooked just right. Cocktails were great. We managed to drink enough to have a bit of a wobble on when we were leaving. Kyrian and Amy served us and were funny, engaging and kept us well supplied. Loved how they both took the time to actually talk rather than just take our order and disappear. Even though we couldn’t have the bottomless brunch by the time we took off our birthday voucher and my blue light discount we had a 2 course meal for 3 with about 10 cocktails each for around the same cost. Will definitely go back with hubby next time.

Wouldn't even rate this place 1 star! Tonight 5th Feb 2025 a group of us came in for a hen party meal.. we was taken to our table by the manager that had an attitude the moment he looked at us like we was a problem or we hadn't booked ( we did) to then be served by a lady who again had attiude, like we was an inconvenience for her. Baring in mind our table and only one other booking was in there si wasnt busy Chicken had to be sent back from 2 of us as was pink and raw for them to say apprently it was okay and safe.. but funny enough they made us fresh ones.. hmm any how most of us enjoyed the rest of meal, thank god we had each other's company. This point we was being ignored when asking for drinks especially by the women with tattoos who clearly saw me and chose to ignore! Thank God I wasn't there on a investigation. So we then got the bill over 300 pound! 2 of us had vouchers one of us had blue light but we wasn't allowed to use them as the whole table had to foot the bill as one.. he told me this was terms and conditions but actually it says one voucher per person so we decided to do it in 3 seprate transactions using our vouchers oh no he stopped us doing that! Yet we had done this before on our last amazing vist we now couldn't due to them clearly in a badmood with themselves or something had happened that day to annoy them. The vibe was killed...

Food was delivered freezing cold smelly with a slimy appearance the lady was requested to change the broken bag by my courier and she denied him this service. Food smelt off plantain was slimy and burnt coleslaw was foisty the food all of it was so smelly and obviously off it made me gag. The hygiene level is zilch. The packaging was kitchin dirty with greasy finger prints all over it, cardboard packaging unsafe for food which is a takeaway. The lady manager Lycian Tear refused to return my money. Even though turtle bay provided it. I shall be seeking help from the food safety ombudsman whom when I supply the photos to today will probably be shocked the restaurant is open. When I called it sounded like everyone was drunk. I shall also be contacting the food safety officers at Norwich City Council. When a restaurant does not care if someone will be made ill from eating their food and refuse even just paying your money back. No matter what their policy is they are still subject to the law in this country. Food safety law and Consumer Rights Law. Just to help anyone else who wrongly thinks the restaurant is not responsible for their actions,...
