Poor service and manner by male server.
Food and drink delicious.
When I popped in recently, on many occasions and even this one greeted with a rude manor
Lady asked whether something was vegan and he rudely said "well you will have to ring it over to me won't you. I'm not superman!'. It was her first and last visit there as she told me herself he was very rude and she won't be going there or recommending it to any of her friends.
My experience is the food, drink and save are very welcoming and the male server isn't!
He also sold two whole bottles of soya milk oat milk to a customer and even said it will be two weeks till he gets a new order as it is so expensive. So when he is out of soya milk for the next customer .You know why.

If you want somewhere with a fancier more haute cuisine menu, other venues are available - but hey, this is a coffee shop. The food Ashe and crew do is great...the cheesy jalapeno sos roll is made of win, and don't even think of having the last maple pecan slice...

I took my new born (pre-covid) and he started crying, I asked for something to warm his bottle. The guy that runs divine coffee would only give me a small cup with hot water in (only the base of the bottle sat in the cup) he watched and could see I was struggling with my new born and he was refusing cold milk. I asked if there was a possibility of using one of his large jugs with warm water in to warm the bottle as the small cup was too small. He said no.
I had to leave my coffee and return home.
I wouldn't visit again, which is a huge shame as I live across the road and used to visit with friends...
