I am a delivery driver and i can’t believe most of the staff they have hired for the front behind the tills are rude, I am waiting for my order and this particular one young lady just chucked the order on the counter right next to me without checking with me. She must of known I was there I was standing at the correct allocated delivery driver spot, she did not check with me that could possibly be my order after she just rushed off to pack another order. I also witnessed a worker having a very small dispute to another delivery driver about something and the worker did not handle it professionally at all she lost her pressure and chucked the order back onto the counter without giving it to the delivery driver whom she had the dispute with and it was his order he had to get another worker to give it for him. There was one lady who helped me a lot she was polite and assertive with helping me with my order, and this was throughout the day. This is a message to the management of kfc who ever reads this, how can you hire people like this? U should be hiring people who helps kfc as a business, people who are kind and helpful, when I come in for my order it’s quiet and u get staff just standing talking to each other facing us when they could of approached me and helped me with my order but no I always have to get their attention. Read moreWe go twice a week to this new restaurant we use the drive through but I'm afraid that after paying at the first window it takes between 20 to 30 minutes to collect our food as this is supposed to be fast food also the staff don't seem to care and on 3 occasion we have been given the wrong order. we have noticed that they are gangs of teenagers in the restaurant standing on tablets and chairs and hanging around the doorway. And I've noticed trys of left food on the tables which seems to take a long time to remove and wipe. I've been to America and people are encouraged to clear there mess away when they have finished. I've spoken to other people in our area and they are having the same problems. We have complained but it seems to fall on deaf ears, and now we are not using this KFC - but whilst the company are making profits i don't think that anything will happen or change. Read moreThey double charged me for a large gravy when I pointed out the mistake they refused to refund it unless I drove back round the drive through. When I refused due to the large queue they then said I was being aggressive and rude. At no point did I lose my temper or swear or shout. I simple Said it’s unreasonable that you ask me that when it’s not my mistake, the manager then came to the window and said I was being rude and abusive. It’s like any complaint for poor service is immediately perceived as abuse. I ended up parking up going in for the refund. When I pointed out to the manager it was not my mistake she replied it’s no my mistake either!!! She then said she didn’t deserve to be spoken to the way I was speaking to her as she is a human!!! No apology offered it was as if I was inconveniencing them. When I get home they have deliberately left the lid of the gravy and it’s leaked in the bag. Tried to call the store and gues what???
