In store no issues lovely freindly staff and if a order is worng its delt with. Only ever had one issue going through drive through but after a quick phone call was able to go down and sort out the order. Last couple if times ordered off uber eats first time burger was missing phoned they explained had to go on uber eats to get a refund so sorted that out. Went to give them a second chance as was thinking maybe due to covid and close to lock down they were busy and a mistake was made. Wanted a mcdonalds tonight despite ordering two medium meals no drinks and one of the meals was a quater punder only cheese due to allergies and intolerances. Took 10-20 mins to get on the phone to talk to some young guy who really did not sound botherd and was putting the blame on uber eats again. Got told uber eats didnt put drinks through despite putting 2 medium meals through and getting our burgers and medium fries and on their own repict printed evm next to the meals.
Then went onto explain about the quater pounder not being plain and how I used to work at mcdonalds and when I worked there if a customer told us their order was wrong we would change it for the right order. I also explained about my allergies as well and give it as the reason why where he turned round and once again blamed uber eats in which I replied hold on uber eats dont put the order together or prepare the order that comes down to the staff at your store. He tried to then say uber eats use a third party in which I replied once again they dont prepare or put the order together so surely it would be easier to come to the store and just change the quater punder and get two drinks along with the recipt to prove what was ordered. In which he said nope and to contact uber eats.
When I said that its nothing to do with uber eats and uber eats have nothing to do with preparing and putting the order together thats down to thier staff in which he replied yes so in one breath he said yes its uber eats fault and to contact uber eats about it then in the next breath admits it comes down to the staff and that the staff did mess up and then in the next breath went back to...
   Read moreAbsolutely USELESS, The second time we have ordered to be delivered by Uber, the first time we had a couple of things missing but couldn't see how to report on the uber app, so took it on the chin. This time spending just over £50 on meals for the family again and ALL of the fries where missing from the order (5 large, 1 small) rang the uber guy straight away and got the response "It aint my problem" we could not get through ringing our local McDonalds. Finally after using the app we got a £6 refund a few hours later. By the way the first time it happened and i left a review it mysteriously went missing ... Hmmm
edit.. a week later Well, my boys decided that they surely couldn't get the order wrong 3 times on the trot.... HOW WRONG THEY WHERE. This time spending just under ÂŁ50 on Uber eats... Missing a Chicken Legend a Chicken Sandwich and a portion of Fries from the family order, Also none of the dips we ordered arrived at all!! Also missing a few Mozzarella sticks in the box!!! Im sure you could train Monkeys to do a better job !!!! Its a shame we cant tick...
   Read moreDonât use this McDonaldâs unless youâre desperate. Iâve been a regular customer since it opened, as evidenced by my bulging waistline, and itâs really gone to the dogs in recent months. Sending drinks that are only half full, warm and been sat on the side for an hour. They also need to change their oil because food is coming covered in little black bits and tasting burnt. The manager here is also very tight with the amount of sauce they can put on the burgers now and most are quite dry. This isnât a single experience, this has happened several times over the last few months and my sister also has the same complaint. Weâve just agreed that we wonât be ordering from here anymore. Especially through Uber where you get rip off prices, rip off delivery and service fees, and then they send you rubbish you canât eat/drink. Then the restaurant refuses to refund or replace because itâs Uberâs proble.
