Subway — Restaurant in Nottingham

Older woman working here clearly cannot be bothered. Ask for sweetcorn, she literally puts about 3 bits on everytime, always ask for more which she clearly has a problem with. Same with sauce, sandwich always ends up dry at the ends. She's so grumpy, it's lovely when she isn't working but it's not worth the bother or £ if she is. The other workers all give excellent service and are happy to give suggestions etc. A couple of times I've been recently and the Lettuce is starting to brown so avoided that... All in all, good except for the lady who hates her job. She needs retraining or having a word with, loads of reviews are saying...

Visit this subway on a regular basis for lunch whilst at work but I have got a few gripes about it which I hope that they can change. On a few occasions the staff serving me have not changed their gloves in between making sandwiches. I find this very annoying as they are using the same gloves to handle meat and salad, causing cross contamination. For a vegetarian customer it is very off putting. Whenever I have had my lunch from there I have asked for their gloves to be changed but this should be done regardless. Therefore, I am very weary about eating a subway as I do think this is a training issue...

There’s a man working there he seems always so so serious every time I go there he never smiles and I see him how he talks to his colleagues sometimes it’s not nice at all. Just be nice and relaxed and be happy with the people around you. From my point of view doesn’t look like a stressful job. There’s also a woman working there every time I talk to her when ordering my food she doesn’t say anything back, atleast acknowledge me and say something like “okay” “yep sure” “no problem” and she didn’t even say thank you in the end or even a goodbye...
