We’ve been loyal to tangs for over 3 years now and I am amazed at how disgusting the service has been for the past few months now! We have received the wrong food twice in the past few months and when we call them they have not issued a refund or sent us the right food; instead try and charge us more to get the food we ordered. I feel robbed and will no longer be ordering from them! They care more about the profit in their pockets than actually delivering a standard service. You would think after over 3 years of ordering from there they would at least make an exception; not that an exception should be needed when being delivered...

I've been going to tangs since I was 14, that's 10 years! Never have they tried to rob me on a simple order the way they did the other day. I live local and only one in my family who eats Chinese. Sometimes I order a 3in1 to collect, on the menu clearly states £4.80. When ordering over phone she proceeds to say £7.80, I go to collect and again she says £7.80 so I ask for the menu and show her 3in1 is £4.80, to which she THEN decides to ask me for £4.80.

It's petty but if you're a big family and they decide to add on £3 to everything you order! It's robbery, always check menu prices on arrival and calculate...
