I ordered a biscoff French toast and a mint tea for takeout I asked how long it will take and the man at the counter said 6-7 mins it took 20-25 mins instead and when it finally came out it took him so long packing it he did not put any tissue or cutlery inside so I had to ask him and there was no mint tea I ordered I asked where is it and he didn't know about it I said I ordered it and he went back in the kitchen and it took them another few more minutes to bring it out i went home and the French toast was cold very poor service and experience the derby store is so...

Milkshake was off poured it out and there was lumps of curdled milk I worked in a milkshake shop for 2 years and know when milk is spoiled ! The khanafa strawberries was just a pot of strawberries with hard chocolate and a pistachio sauce with some random bits of khanafa sprinkled on top not even in the sauce ! I got cookie dough on ubereats from here and I was disappointed. The cookie dough was paper thin and the little drizzles of white chocolate sauce was almost disrespectful. And ice cream or whipped cream was an extra 50p unlike other stores where it is complimentary to the main order. I myself have worked at a dessert shop and know that that amount of cookie dough for one serving is not enough. The decoration was not decent either. There are better dessert stores out there where you can get more bang...
