Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Love this coffee shop.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The Caffè is normally clean and presentable. Service has never been bad, if there is a wait staff always apologies. Service with a smile.

More importantly they serve the best Coffee in town.

Only negatives are: 1, One toilet, usually a wait to use it. 2, customers can be rude and usually monopolise tables that exceed their number, which is annoying when it gets busy. One occasion with my daughter, who was 3 months at the time. It was busy so we reserved a seat with my jacket, so I could have a warm drink and feed my daughter, and then waited in the queue. Made my order went back to my jacket which was on the floor. The chap which threw it on the floor was very rude, but the member of staff who brought over my order. Politely asked the chap to leave not only because of his foul behaviour but because he ordered a takeaway coffee and insisted in seating in.

It's a lovely place for a coffee but the cleanliness needs addressing, paid a visit this week and staff were cleaning tops of fridges and the muck that was coming off was disgusting it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and as for the toilet the have there is dirty ,yes I know they have people walking in off the street to use it but my Goodnes the state of the walls and behind the toilet it self it's not clean also the bins that are in there don't look like theve been cleaned for a long time , there are yellow stains on the wall near the hand basin ,Maybe a deep clean is required just...

I visit this place very often for a sit down in between college classes and never once had a bad experience (except for when I dropped a large latte down me in the middle of the cafe, but that was my own fault lol, the staff handled that amazingly). The staff are absolutely brilliant, all incredibly friendly and it’s lovely when you walk in and they remember your order. Never really been into coffee until I started going here and that’s because it is delicious and the atmosphere as well is lovely, a nice little resort in Nuneaton where you can chill, or get some work done.
