I recently visited this particular Costa Coffee, conveniently situated just off the M60 highway, near the Hollinwood junction. My primary goal was to redeem a free Vodafone coffee offer, but upon arrival, I found that all the codes were already claimed. Unfazed, I opted for a Maple Hazel Latte, a seasonally appropriate drink that was the perfect companion to the winter sun shining through the windows.
The café itself is a gem waiting to be discovered. Despite its location near a bustling motorway, the interior offers a haven of tranquility—warm, cozy, and remarkably quiet. The décor is tasteful and inviting, providing a versatile space that can adapt to your needs, whether you’re settling in for some focused work, relaxing after a busy day, or spending quality time with family.
A major highlight was the excellent customer service. The staff were not just professional but genuinely friendly, even going so far as to offer a complimentary small cup of milk for my toddler—a delightful and thoughtful gesture that really enhanced our visit.
This Costa attracts a steady stream of regulars, contributing to its welcoming atmosphere. The versatility of the café is noteworthy, offering a cozy corner for quiet breakfasts after the school run, a serene space to work remotely, and even a drive-thru for those in a hurry—all without compromising on the quality of their coffee.
In conclusion, this Costa Coffee location provides a unique blend of high-quality beverages, superb customer service, and a peaceful ambiance. Whether you’re stopping by the drive-thru or staying awhile, it’s the perfect little escape for coffee enthusiasts, busy professionals, or families looking for a...
Read moreReally good place for you to go to for coffee and foods such as toasties, sandwiches and cakes. Friendly staff, however I will point out that the manager here (the tall man) is very rude and abrupt!! My Mrs came here last week and comes every week with her nana as well as my 1yr old son, when she asked if they would be kind enough to heat my sons meal up the young woman said she would as they normally do, however the manager then rudely interrupted with no were not heating it up!! When he was confronted and told you normally do it, he then came back with, we're not heating it up as the microwave is too hot to do it and we're not being responsible if anything happens to your son. But he was able to offer to give my Mrs Boiled water in a bowl for her to put the meal in for it to be heated up that way instead!! Not exactly got much brains if you ask me, Heated in the microwave I think is much safer than having boiled water in a bowl on a table where you have a 1 year old with you. Other than this it's a nice place to go, when they have food available! I say this as the manager advised to choose something from them instead, when asked what they had he then realised there wasn't much food available besides a vegan pot and biscuits leaving himself slightly embarrassed and other staff smirking behind him knowing how...
Read moreI really do love a Costa latte and choc brownie frappe. The servers are usually very helpful and welcoming. The toilets are usually clean. The interior and seating areas are usually clean.
On a sad note, we go past this costa every morning and afternoon due to the school run for our son.
Even when the car park is empty, there is loads of rubbish strewn on the floor, the bins were overflowing and some of the bins had bags over the top of them so they couldn’t be used !! The outside tables had rubbish in them too.
This is a really bad reflection on Costa and it needs sorting of an urgent nature.
Costa definitely needs to employ exterior cleaning staff to be constantly cleaning up outside, emptying bins, making sure it looks top notch.
Come on Costa…Get a grip and...
