Greggs — Restaurant in Oldham

I went there at 2.30 there was already 4 slice of pizza made and cheese onion bake it looked like it was made ages ago so I asked the guy if I wait can you make the pizza fresh for me he goes sorry I can't do that it's out of stock then I decided to take the cheese onion bake I've asked him is he warm he said yes I've ordered 3 and paid when I touched it it was cold no way near warm I told him to touch it he goes sorry its still lil warm I always visit here every week never had problems when there was those lovely ladies serving on the counter but this time this guy gave me really bad customer service not...

Got a story from today.

New worker, young lad around 16-17 was working the counter. I walk in to get 5 sausage rolls and 2 yum yums. One of the sausage rolls had gravy and pastry filling all over it not to mention.

I get to the counter and hand him my money while he’s swearing and dishing out 10p coins as £2.40 change and was hysterically laughing whilst doing it. He handed me and unfolded bag and said “have a good day”. 4 of my sausage rolls were spread along the glass counter and one on the marble counter with my yum yums and made me bag it up myself whilst laughing. Not happy...

If you're Jewish Muslim vegetarian or vegan best to stay away from this place. Its a cross contamination haven. Went in during breakfast staff member was making a customer bacon Barm with no gloves on whilst lifting the bacon out the baine the juice of the bacon was going everywhere. The staff member wiped the excess juice on their work clothes. Then went onto serving the next customer with no gloves on. Another thing I realised is the workers don't use the right equipment to serve non veg and veg. I was hungry but seeing this situation made me sick...
