Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Oldham

We've been using this 'Costa' for a while now and have had nothing but fabulous service. For once, I can actually say I've found a Costa that really does sell decent coffee - and food. There's a guy there called Kieran who truly never seems to stop working and can't do enough for you. The ladies who work alongside him have a similar nature and are very professional and also very social. The place has a really calm, relaxed atmosphere about it and it's always really pleasant. I'll always gripe about prices but in these days of austerity, the prices here are not too bad when you're paying for quality. An excellent place for a relaxing brew - and a bite to eat...

On two occasions the Hot chocolate was made terribly and rushed and the Terry's Chocolate orange flavour one was out of stock. THEY SHOULD SAY sorry we don't have this one it's out of stock, at the time of placing the order. Then I would choose something else. INSTEAD THEY GAVE a plain normal Hot chocolate and said we don't have Terry's chocolate orange in stock at the end.. when giving you the Hot Beveridge. A distinctly average branch of Costa.

Standard menu as expected from any other branch anywhere else.

Drinks and toasted sandwiches prepared well.

Small discount given to NHS workers in uniform or presenting a valid badge as this branch is located in a NHS centre. That being said still very expensive.
