Went there for work/team meal. As we was gonna be 12 of we prebooked, when booking online it only let us pick the Christmas menu but as most of did not liken the Christmas menu, so one of my colleague rang them about this and did not get anywhere, they did let is book by ringing. We then went in and one of the staff said just pick Christmas menu and we can still order from normal menu. Few days before we get email asking to pick the food we wany to they order the ingredient. On the day and the table was only set for 10 and they had to join another table. They do not do table serve and you have to order at the bar. As couple of the staff did not want and one decided one day he wanted to order and was told it will not come with rest of the food as it will added to the queue with orders placed on the day and this fair enough as he had the option to pre order, when he asked even if whats something small or just like chips it still will be added to queue, something like this could have easily been added to the rest of the order. We then ordered drinks, some went for alcohol and some went non alcohol drink. The milkshake was juat syrup mixed with milk. The hot chocolates was chocolate powder, nothing real special about it. As most of us pre ordered and the ones that did not want food did not order any extra, when we came in and as was still waiting on a couple more to arrive i was expecting them to ask if they want to make the food and bring it or do they want us to wait, which they did not and we thought as we came in they would start making the food which was not the case, we also ranf on the day to say we are.on the way. We booked for 5.30 arrived at there for like 5.15/5.20 we got seated and around 5.40/5.45 they asked us do went them to bring the food out and we said yes and as some use could only stay to 6/6.30 and as they asked if we want the food to be brought out we thought the food was ready to be served which was not the case, after 15 min of being asked we asked them said they are only starting to make the food. Which meant most of us was not happy as we all pre ordered the food like 24hr before expecting them to get the food prepped or start cooking food when we arrived plus it seems like they could have let the other colleague order some simple and it could have been served with rest of the food. Food wise, we did enjoin the food and it was nice. The place could do we some better service. I could understand if the place was very busy but at the time we went i would say they had one other large party of about 12 and couple of smaller table or 2 or 3 people

Nice atmosphere. We visited Sunday around 12.30, it was steady with customers (wasn't packed/busy & wasn't empty either) so we had a choice of table; you have to wait to be seated on arrival, the chap who greeted us was pleasant & asked if we had any vegan requirements (our party did not so couldn't comment on vegan offerings). The place was clean & staff were quick to clean away other tables & wipe them down. There is a selection of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks to choose from (also do a kids menu). I opted for 3 off the Tapas options & my other guests opted for chicken panini. Although the food was not hot, it was nice enough. There is disabled access & toilets (clean) on the ground floor. The staff were pleasant & asked if all was okay with our meal when it arrived. We were going to have the raspberry & white chocolate cake for dessert, but this was sold out, so we had churros that came with chocolate & caramel sauce which were okay but a little overpriced for what they were (but no more expensive than other places now?) I don't usually have dessert but felt I needed something sweet after my main. My other gust had carrot cake, which was nice. For me, I personally wouldn't eat here again just purely with regards to the menu that I could order the same at other places (merely down to preference). Thank you to the eatery for their hospitality & I would recommend you give it a try.

Came here for a pre-birthday meal. Good and service was spot on. I really don’t think there’s a better place in the vicinity at this price point. A great variation of food available including vegan, gluten free and they are also super cautious with allergens which is helpful to see. The menu has a wide variety of food from around the world, including Tapas, steak, Thai style and much more. Staff are extremely helpful and cannot do enough for you. A great atmosphere and vibe to the place to say it is situated in the centre of Oldham, you certainly do not feel like you are there. The only thing that I could nit-pick would be that our food came extremely fast. Which for the vast majority of people is great, however as a type 1 diabetic It was difficult to time my insulin correctly. However I am sure if I had made you aware, the staff would have accommodated. It was that good me and my girlfriend returned on Monday morning to try the brunch. Would highly recommend.

We have visited molino lounge many times in the past and enjoyed our visits, even though sometimes it may take a while to be served however today’s experience has solidified a no return from our family. As we entered we were greeted by a polite member of staff who let us sit anywhere and as advised we used the QR code on the table to place our order. The drinks arrived, 25 minutes after we ordered them. Coffees, cold. The food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered, again cold, I had to ask the waitress for the remainder of my food as she had left it sitting on the side. Mid way through our meal I decided to get a cold drink from the bar and stood for 15 minutes waiting to be served, one member of staff behind the bar making online orders and 2 others delivering food, there was no interaction, not an “I’ll be with you soon” “please bear with us” I stood and waited and to be honest I felt invisible as the 3 staff members walked around even after I addressed someone. Shambles. More staff needed as they cannot keep up with...
