Me and my dad ordered for delivery and waited over 2 hours before we decided to phone to see where our food was. We were told by customer service that the driver had come to the address, knocked on, rang and left the food by the door and left. However we were sat in the living room the entire time and I have a big bay window so can see the door. Nobody came. Nobody rang my phone or left messages and no food was left at the door step. Upon being passed around to try to ‘resolve’ this issue, another customer service advisor stated that the driver did not know the door number therefore left and could not deliver the food. So how, if he didn’t know the door number, was he able to leave the food at the door? Why is one person saying he knocked on and left the food, and another saying he didn’t know the door number, so how could he knock on and leave the food at the door step? Furthermore he did not ring the number or leave messages as stated, this appears to be another lie from his end. Then to top it all off they refused to send another driver with our food (over 3 hours later so we were starving by this point) and also refused to refund us so we were nearly £50 down on food we did not receive, as well as paying a delivery fee which never came as they did not deliver our food! I am severely disappointed with this lack of ‘service’ and will never order from here again. This is...
Read moreWent on bank holiday with my autistic son. It was quite busy and they did warn us there was a bit of a wait in food, my son had his heart set on Nandos so we waited. He got a bit impatient and started stimming which he has no control over nor do I. The woman behind me came over and agresivley demanded I make my child quiet. My son cried, which was louder than the noise he was making to begin with. Once I'd calmed him down we needed more drinks but he wouldn't let me leave him to order at the bar ( we had to order their due to allergies) I asked the waitress if I could order at table and her bring the card machine, I explained why and she nearly cried for us, she brought our drinks and not long after a manager (ashleigh) came over and apologies to my son for the other customers behaviour, she took him to get frozen yoghurt and "made his heart happy" wasn't Nandos problem to fix but they went out their way to restore my sons faith in humanity and I'm so...
Read moreMy recent visit to Nando’s left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no one at the door to greet or seat us, which led to a frustrating wait. To make matters worse, we weren’t the only ones in this predicament—several other groups were also waiting outside, clearly confused and frustrated by the lack of organization.
Once inside, the experience didn’t improve much. The selection of sauces, one of Nando’s signature offerings, was disappointingly limited. It felt like a significant part of what makes Nando’s special was missing. To top it off, the staff were far from friendly. Their lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness added to the overall negative experience.
In contrast, the Nando’s at Elk Mill is much better, offering a more welcoming atmosphere, a full selection of sauces, and staff who genuinely seem to care about their customers. I’d recommend making the extra trip to Elk Mill instead of visiting this...
