I ordered food online for pickup last Sunday. The website gave me 11 am as the pickup time. I was aware that the shop opens at 11 am so I gave them an additional 10 min to prepare it so arrived at the shop at 11:10 am. The employee was sitting at the front desk talking to someone on the phone. I thought maybe he is waiting for the person who prepares the pizza. To my surprise, after 5 min of waiting, he went to change his clothes and started preparing my pizza. My main problem other than his carelessness, he started preparing the pizza without washing his hands, he kept being distracted by his phone by sending messages while preparing the pizza, and never washed his hands after using his phone. It is generally advised to wash hands after using a smartphone or touching any potentially contaminated surface. Smartphones can harbour bacteria and other pathogens, and if someone touches their phone while preparing food, there is a risk of transferring these contaminants to the food they are handling. I and my guests were waiting for delivery 1h40mins. Called after 1h of waiting and first they lied the driver will be in 10-15 mins then when we called one more time we found out that the driver is in the traffic. It's funny because it is just 5 mins from my place almost without traffic lights especially after 10pm. I called third time to find out that driver will be in 5 mins. Pizzas were burned on the top probably because they had to warm them up before the delivery. We ate only because we were starving like never. The worst thing they lied instead of telling us they are extremely busy and ask to be patient, or we could collect our order. Neither any discount was offered. Shame. Not going to...
