Clouds Shisha Lounge — Restaurant in Oxford

I have always been quite strict when it comes to reviewing shisha lounges, however the Clouds Shisha Lounge took me by surprise. This small, yet atmospheric lounge has many features that make it that bit much better than other lounges, such as; ordering is done through the website, or by scanning the QR code on your table, and being able to pay when you leave, as opposed to being pressured or interrupted mid-session by someone to pay.

The range of high-quality, long-lasting flavours is fantastic, and food is tasty yet fairly priced, considering it being a shisha lounge, where food is often costly. Every employee was very helpful and kind, and despite the fact that my indecisive self kept asking to change the playlist every so often (😅), they did not complain. The lounge is well ventilated and my preferred temperature, that being just cold enough to not need a coat, the smells in the lounge are powerful yet are not bothersome or overwhelming, the coals of the shisha are replaced in frequent intervals and the TVs show a video loop of vibrant animations that fit extremely well with your surroundings when within the club.

I could not find any faults with my visit, with my only slight criticism being that the tables are quite low, making eating a slightly messier job. I will definitely be coming back here often for my next few years at university and it goes without saying that I...

The best sheesha place i have been. I have been smoking here and there for last 10 years. I ended up going to high wycombe all the time as there is not a decent sheesha place around oxfordshire. Thats Until i came across cloud 10. Visiting them for last 18 months every weekend now. Sheesha is really of excellent quality. And service is really mind blowing. Always go extra miles to look after customers. Really impressed !!!! (Pre pandemic, known as Cloud 10).

But, after new management (post pandemic) service quality is really poor... management really dont know how to talk with customer/ and staff for that matter.
