Exprizza & Desi Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

Called up last night to get a pizza. Arrived on time and was hot. Tasted a bit weird but I ate almost all of it and my brother ate a slice as well. This morning I woke up and had the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had (and I’ve had it a few times). My brother also had symptoms but to a much milder degree as he only ate a slice. Been in a terrible way all day so I rang up to say that I’d been very ill on account of the pizza. They told me it could have been anything from the last few days I’ve eaten and refused to accept culpability or give me a refund. I haven’t eaten anything away from home or out of the ordinary of what I normal eat for the last few days (or anything past it’s sell by date). Shocking customer service telling me that because other had not been poisoned by it, it was not their pizza and they could not give me a refund. Would really avoid this place at...

Dissapointing. Having a midnight snack with your friends over the holidays should be a fun experience. They did not deliver.

Food... cold and utterly unacceptable as I could have walked there and back in less time that the delivery came.

Their driver called us and said he was outside. He didn't bother waiting as he said he got the wrong address and so he left.

So that we didn't miss this, we waited for him outside in the cold at 3am! (Nonsense!!). I called him and said, you told us to come out so why am I in the cold if you're not here. He started yelling at me.

Deal with your staff!

As the food got delivered. He was yelling at our accomodation too! It's 3am man.

I hope you talk to your staff and train them on common...

I really wanted to like this place - the pizza is decent, the samosa Chaat is great, the prices are good and the people I've interacted with from there have all been very friendly. But they're just so unreliable. An hour and a half after ordering through hungry house and an hour after having been told that the order had left the shop, still hadn't received our food. I tried calling, but was told that my food was just minutes away (without me giving the guy on the phone any details of our order...).
