Groupon all you can eat buffet-misleading! I am only giving it a 1 due to nice nan and the fact that the food was hot; however I would have left a 0 if it was for the service and lack of food hygiene standards! Let me explain: Limited menu; certainly not buffet although you could ask for extra portions of set menu if you wanted. Food was ok, dessert consisted of fresh orange segments or a tired looking shop brought cheesecake, not at all what was advertised on the website....but what really did it for us was the waiter; who on two occasions helped himself to one of the main meal side dishes (a kidney bean dish) from the buffet table; after each mouthful he placed the spoon back into the serving bowl contaminating the food!!!!! Buffet table consisted of some sauces, slices of lemon and a couple of vegetarian sides; chickpea and a kidney bean dish and the sad looking dessert options....you then chose a starter, main, side dish, rice and a plain nan off the set menu. The best bit of the meal was the nan which was light and soft and freshly cooked. On arrival I stated to the waiter that we had a groupon booking at 1pm for the all you can eat buffet.....on the delivery of the bill (full price) I stated that I had already paid via groupon as stated on arrival; he said the manager wasn’t in and so he wouldn’t honour it; I then told him I was not going to pay twice and I certainly wouldn’t be paying the full price for what we had even if I didn’t have a groupon.....he tried again to ask me to pay the bill which I declined. I showed him both the groupon voucher and booking confirmation and I wrote the codes etc on the bill; paid for the drinks which I feel was generous considering the grumpy disinterested service we received from entering the establishment until the end, also considering the fact he helped himself from the “buffet” table and replaced the spoon in the dish of food which was for paying guests-disgusting! The whole experience was very disappointing and we will not be visiting again.

Last year, I wrote a 5 star review. Excellent food, service, etc. So taking all of this in mind, I booked a table for Saturday night, for a celebratory meal on our anniversary. This I had booked a few days beforehand, by phone & there was no problem. When we arrived, we noticed how busy the pub was. It was absolutely packed, very noisy, loud music & standing room only. This did not concern us, people having a great time on a Saturday night, why not? We made our way into the restaurant, only to find out that there was a private party in there & no table for us. The waiter asked us to follow him & he would get us our table. This table was back in the (bursting at the seams) bar area, to some filthy table in the middle. When we disputed that this was not what we booked, we were told it would be just the same - obviously not! We left after saying how badly let down we were & as it was impossible to find somewhere more suitable at 8pm on a Saturday night, we went home. I did email the following day, asking for an explanation or at least an apology, but have not received any reply. If we were just told in the first place, that a table would not been available on our chosen night, we would have booked another night. There was a reason why my original review was top of your reviews list for a year & had many viewings. Sadly, following our last visit, I have now removed it & we will not return or recommend to...

Ordered last night to enjoy whilst watching UCL final. Food was very good(TAN MIX GRILL,LAKB KORAI) Nice portion size plenty of lamb in the korai. However when it came to the naan breads that was a big disappointment,plain naan wasnt to bad but the Garlic naan was undercooked the dough still raw. I understand during delivery the naan bag can make the bread soggy. Not this one,this garlic naan was meal breaker for me! Tbh the tandoori chef who makes just needs to use less of the dough mix to get more of a even cook through out the naan bread RAW is never good. But everything else food wise was great.
