I don’t know what the hell the last review is on about. I will assume she’s never had chicken on the bone and would suggest that she gets the chicken tenders from McDonalds in the future.

On to the review! Absolutely delicious. Tender, juicy brown stew chicken with rice and peas, roasties, Mac & cheese. Phew. And the portions were verrryyyy generous. We had extra for lunch the next day. The dumplings were phenomenal and reminded me of beignets.

I went for Chicken and Rice, the guy who served me, went out the back and sorted it, he came back, asked if I'd like Coleslaw? I replied "yes please" he then came back with it boxed, and asked for £12. The choice was Small £8 Medium £ 10 and Large £12. I wanted a £8 Deal... At no point did he even ask me what Deal I wanted. Jamaican Spice has one of the best jerk chicken I have ever tasted. It is spicy, well seasoned and jerked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are huge. It's two servings in one really. There is a sitting area for having food but this isn't really a restaurant dining experience. It is more takeaway or delivery. There are no bathrooms for customers but the entrance is wheelchair accessible. It is a Jamaican establishment so be prepared to know that if it says it is open at 1:30pm the food is mostly...
