LB's Lebanese Cuisine — Restaurant in Oxford

I just had mezze buffet for 50 delivered for a party from LB's. It was excellent, wonderful food, delivered on time (about 20 mins before the time I had asked, which was fine), on serving dishes, each platter labeled and noted if vegetarian, gluten free, etc. Everyone enjoyed the food - it's very good for a mix of ages and cultures, which is what we had (age 2 to 80 and 9 nationalities). There was far too much. We had only 42 who stayed for the meal in the end, but ate only half the food! (We did have some other snacks). But the great thing is that all except the salad is highly freezable. Just one problem - there was no Kibbe? I was looking forward to that, and it was on the list but none appeared. There was a very kind lady who worked here before and I always had a great experience visiting the shop when she worked, unfortunately today I went in to get food for my daughter the owner old grumpy man I think he was the owner refused to sell the chicken separate and rice separately for my toddler, while they’re there for sale, he was extremely rude and shouted infront of everyone while my child was present. Have eaten here many times since moving to Oxford in 2009. Food is delicious and in general staff have always been kind to me and my family. However, I visited last Friday for falafel and the staff was very rude and unaccommodating. No smiles, and were very rude to my friend who asked if she could have halloumi on the side or requested pickles in falafel for extra money. Fair enough if they can’t do it but say it politely.
