Oxford Café Grill — Restaurant in Oxford

Where can I start, I have to say this has to be the worse food place and service ever, my 16 year old boy went to place a order, which 1st he was ignored whilst the man behind the till was on his phone, he repeatedly asked for service, but was ignored. As I walked in to see why he was taking long, first I was told he is busy when he only had 1 customer in the shop and himself laughing on the phone? Now what kind of service is that? Finally when he decided to get of his phone, he rudly said 'WHAT DO YOU WANT'? I placed my order ,he didn't say anything, didn't tell me how long food will take and slammed my change on the counter whilst shortening me. Now this isn't the first time.. the town store was bad service... out of date chicken which stank. If this continues this place will not last? Where had the customer value gone? As a business is this the kind of staff you hire? And treat your customers like this? Just because he is 16 it doesn't mean you can ignore him. He is still a paying customer... I am absolutely disgusted about this. I will let my family and friends now about how terrible...

Terrible customer service. Placed an order from churchill hospital oxford, Got my delivery on Christmas day perfectly. Boxing day ordered again , never turned up. Exactly same address and instructions where very clear. The driver just left it somewhere jn reception ..because I can't walk , they knew this. By the time nurse went down and searched everywhere.gone! Called restaurant and deliveroo. Very blunt, unhelpful and upsetting. Last thing i needed in hospital. They all let me down in my most vulnerable and in time of need. So disappointed..Unprofessional and incompassionate..shocked at their behaviour. Especially at Christmas and where I am... I was relying on this food ...Made me really cry...Shameful! Truly shameful...

We passed this place for some brunch. The pros were that it was an all halal place, but the all day breakfast which we ordered was not the greatest. Mushrooms and sausage were dry. The toast came with little block of butter to spread yourself, which wasn't bad as it gives you a choice. However, it was quite limited. Same with condiments, they need to be requested and sugar is self service by the door rather than it coming with your hot beverage. Place was clean and most customers came by for the paninis. Breakfast was definitely not worth 12.99, everything was quite dry and bland and the cook still managed to mess up the fried eggs despite requesting for...
