Subway — Restaurant in Oxford

This subway is rather poorly managed. I’ve been in 1st thing when they are opening and the only person is so new he needs help identifying the meats that go on common sandwiches and looked confused when I asked to have my footlong cut in half. Should not be working alone. Then poor guy has to keep explaining what isn’t available because no one stocked the evening before. There were only papers to wrap 6in sandwiches and he couldn’t figure out how to wrap the footlong. This is not a one off they are constantly out of items because of not prepping enough. I never know what will be available or fresh. I’ve had bread served that was obvious a couple of days old. Tonight for instance arrived at 6:30pm and as I’m about to order glance at the veggies and most of the containers have been removed. I thought they were closing so asked ready to apologies but no they will be open for another hour with only maybe 3 or 4 veggies options to put on a sandwich. No lettuce, onion, sweet peppers, sweet corn. They are out of these things...

Went to Subway to get 3 foot long sandwiches for lunch..sandwich was awful, I have had many subways and this was worst..had 3 slices of tomato on footlong I did ask for more another 2 was added very grudgingly . The staff were very miserable ..I watched as they made other sandwiches while waiting for mine and they put as little as possible on them..sandwiches did not in anyway resemble pictures , unrecognisable from pictures.I have eaten many subways and this was worst sandwich and experience I have ever had.Staff sullen and sandwich was awful.I will never eat here again.Everything seemed as if it was too much trouble!!!! and with a price of almost £23 for 3 sandwiches ..nothing else just sandwiches I was very...

Had a breakfast sandwich. Sausages looked/wet frozen but thought it was just condensate from them being cool stored overnight as it was first thing in the morning. They heated it up, so i thought it was okay to eat, but it was mildly warm, thinking it just cooled down a lot as I didn't eat it for a good few minutes later. Part of the sausage was still really cold. I consumed half of it before I realised it wasn't right and now I feel really rough.

It's a shame, as I had lunch there a few days ago and it was piping hot and tasted good. But Subway, please ensure it is thoughrougly defrosted before customers eat it even when...
