Dear [Store/Restaurant Manager],
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience at your establishment. I placed an order for potato tots, however, the order was served with bacon on top. As a Muslim and a recent revert to Islam, I strictly cannot consume pork products for religious reasons. This mistake in itself was deeply upsetting, as it disregarded both my dietary needs and religious observance.
What made this situation significantly worse was the way I was treated when I raised the issue with the staff. Rather than addressing my concern respectfully and professionally, I was belittled and made to feel as though my request and beliefs were unimportant. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory in nature.
Food service establishments have a responsibility to ensure orders are prepared correctly, especially when customers’ religious or dietary restrictions are involved. Beyond that, staff should be trained to treat all customers with dignity, respect, and sensitivity. What I experienced fell far below these standards.
I strongly urge management to: Address the conduct of the staff involved and ensure appropriate disciplinary action or retraining is taken. Implement or reinforce training on cultural and religious sensitivity so all customers are treated respectfully. Put stricter procedures in place to avoid mistakes concerning dietary and religious restrictions.
This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disrespected, and I sincerely hope it is taken seriously so no other customer has to go through what I did. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps that will be taken to address...
Read moreOn valentine's evening myself my partner and our 2 children decided we would order pizza and watch movie! Now normally I know there is a wait on this particular evening our pizzas took over an hour to arrive... not only that but it was freezing cold. I called the store to be told I would have to wait another 45 mins and that a driver would bring fresh pizzas and take away the cold ones. I told them my children where starving after waiting so long and would it be faster to collect I was told 20 mins and they would be ready. I drove to the store and had to take the cold pizzas with me. I went in and exchanged them only for it to be the wrong order. I returned back to the store once more to clarify this was not my order and I had been given smaller pizzas then what I had paid for. I was told I could wait a further 20 mins for them to correct this and but that time my childrens pizza would have been cold I was so embarrassed having to go in and out for mistakes that where made I drove home. My partner called the store furious that I had been so embarrassed to which the managed stated he was very sorry and would issue a full refund. To this day I have received no contact from the store and no refund. It has been 2 weeks. My partner plans to call the store back to ask why no refund has yet arrived. But after all this ordeal I dont believe the refund is coming and I have completely lost faith in this store ... this used to be our go to pizza place I have now...

But I walked in there for a collection and the experience was absolutely horrendous.
I said hello, the guy at the till ignored me and talked to his colleague. They keep talking. After 2-3 minutes I step to the counter and say, can I order or you going to keep ignore me? The guy said they are dealing with something.
Fair enough but what's stopping him to say hello?
While I was waiting they were dealing with another complaint apologising to that customer.
When they finished dealing with that complaint, they started shouting at each other arguing whos fault was.
Funny thing, there's a sign on the door "polite notice, please customers keep the noise to a minimum" while these 4 guys shouting at each other the whole time I waited there.
Then I get my pizza, say thank you and leave. I got home and realise these petty people have filled the pizza with chilly peppers.
Honestly, if this is the level of customer service they are able to give they should go do something else.
