Good food horrible service. I’ve been there with a friend today, I loved the food so much, the waffles are great, I paid for a waffle and a drink (didn’t receive a receipt) after I bought it I realised that I’ve paid £15 in total I was surprised how a waffle and a drink costed be that much so I went up and asked how did it happen and I’ve been told that I bought 2 waffles ( which I clearly haven’t ) so I’m guessing the manager came up and gave me a refund for the waffle, I sat down with a friend who ho the same stuff I revived by food and a drink but my friend only got the drink. We’ve been visited by a member of staff (who counted me the extra waffle) who had a go at us and than I’ve been visited by the lady who I got the refund from and got told I didn’t deserve it and that it’s my fault, absolutely horrible. We got plenty death stares from the staff and my friend who also paid for the waffle didn’t even revive it although we waited about half an hour for it! So we just gave up and left knowing that if we did ask for it we would just make the situation worse. I wouldn’t recommend the staff but defined the food! And i would like to mention the lady who I assume is the manager and gave the refund is very polite when it comes to customers as I visited this place a few times she is very nice and always makes me as a customer happy until today ! Absolutely awful. Ordered on deliveroo. One of the drinks I requested was described as mango and passionfruit. What arrived was a lime green monstrosity that reeked of watermelon syrup. As a sidebar, one of the medications I am on, interacts badly with watermelon. I don't usually mention this as an allergy, as often, watermelon is easy enough to avoid...When I called up to to inform them, I was told that it is because I had ordered the wrong thing, they didn't have any watermelon ice cream and that their staff are very trustworthy... When I informed them that I was looking at my order and that , I was then told that I must be confused as they trust their staff and it was made correctly. The person in charge then put me on the phone to the person who made the drink, who eventually told me that sometimes the drinks taste different as they sometimes "make them differently". Im off to vom again from their "different" choice of ingredients. When I'm done puking, I will go back to trying to extract a refund. Terrible customer service I had today and looking through the past reviews it seems as if it's an on-going issue. Had to wait for 5 minutes for any of the staff who were chatting doing nothing far away from the till. Then this girl wasn't listening to my order and got it wrong as she was too busy talking to another member of staff. She then walked away from me leaving me alone for a further 5 minutes whilst she was having a conversation far away from the till. I had to wave my hand and say "Hello" to actually be acknowledged then the girl came back to continue the wrong order I had to repeat myself several times that she wasn't listening to my order and she got it wrong.

No sorry, no smile, nothing! And when I asked for the manager all she asked me was to pay for the wrong order! She then went into the toilets with the correct order. God knows what she was doing with the food! As the manager was sat in one of the seats.

I will NEVER go back there! They don't train any of the staff about customer service or...
