Burger King — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Today was the opening day for this new Burger King, my hopes were high - I much prefer these burgers to McDonald's!

The 'restaurant' is located in the back of the petrol station's kiosk. The young lady who served me had such a strong foreign accent that I could hardly understand her and had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Indeed, another staff member had to translate English to Gujarati for her!

The petrol station filling area was blocked up with vehicles picking up food.

I guess that it was first day teething issues but the drink machine wasn't working.

Strange placement of the self order screens with a table blocking clear access to them. I totally would have located them at the entrance to the place!

This is a Burger King adjoining a garage shop so seating here is very limited but it seems more for customers wanting to take the food away with them. Both the food and service from the staff are good and if you want a change from the other fast food outlets it's a good choice. Also it's not that far away from Portsdown Hill so if you want to grab something and then drive five minutes to eat with stunning views overlooking Portsmouth I don't think there's a place better, with the exception being Mick's Monster Burgers which is quite literally located on...
