Harbour View Chinese — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Me and my husband ordered via Just eat and still had not received the order within two hours. My husband phoned the restaurant to find out what was going on and to cancel the order. Seeing as it was coming up to 8pm we decided to order from another Chinese. Then we get a notification from Just eat telling us they're sending the food. Phone the restaurant back to tell them we cancelled this an hour ago and we were told we should have cancelled through the app. Would have been helpful for them to tell us this when we phoned the first time. Not impressed! We've now had to pay for two takeaways. Not to mention it has taken over three hour's! The least they could do is offer a refund. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them...

Ordered delivery, was told it would take 35 minutes. 2 hours and three phone calls later (when they would answer the phone) and the food still hadn’t arrived. Every time we called the lady on the other end would say that the delivery driver is outside and the food is on the way without even asking our order number. Dont recommend at all, cancelled the order before it arrive because a 2 hour wait with them saying it will be another hour before it’s here is not at...

It’s bye from me. Few weeks ago food nice , next visit as well then I noticed that level of onions increases. Honestly my first visit was a good memory I even told few people about this place. Chicken curry was delicious and lots of tasty chickens. Yesterday I only found few and lots lots of onions ,same in my daughters noodle.
