Popped into Chai Stop Café for breakfast and it did not disappoint. My plate was stacked — crispy hash browns, a masala omelette loaded with mushrooms, green chillies and a roasted tomato, two juicy sausages, flaky paratha, and a little pot of baked beans on the side. The star of the morning though? A steaming cup of rich, spiced karak coffee that just hit different. I loved how they mix classic English breakfast bits with proper desi flavours — it’s comfort food with personality. The place has such a lovely vibe, and the staff were genuinely friendly, the kind that make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. I’ll definitely be back. Might even skip lunch next time so I can do it all over again. Overall, it’s a fusion between a traditional English breakfast and South Asian flair. The paratha instead of toast, spiced omelette, and green chillies bring that desi kick, while the sausages, beans, and hash browns anchor it in the English breakfast tradition. The plating is generous and inviting, though the portion is definitely a “skip lunch” kind of serving. Visual rating: • Presentation: 10/10 — warm, rustic, and colourful. • Balance: Excellent mix of textures (crispy, soft, chewy) and flavours (spicy, savoury, slightly sweet). • Uniqueness: The paratha + sausage + beans combo with a karak coffee chaser is a rare but brilliant crossover

I've been to Chaii Stop for several months and the service has ALWAYS been amazing! MashaAllah Usman (the owner) always greets you warmly and is kind, considerate and well-spoken. BEST customer service for sure 👍 The Desi Breakfast with Large Desi Chaii (and Oreo Milkshake) were all splendid. EVERY time I make my presence at Chaii Stop, I always leave completely satisfied! The quality and portion of food is exceptional and generous. It leaves you full up and loving life; that's what you want, right? 😄👍 In all seriousness, Chaii Stop is THE stop for your fill of Breakfast, Doughnuts, Milkshakes; pretty much all you'd ever want! Give it one try; I guarantee you'll love it! This is coming from somebody that's tried MANY Chaii places across the country. There's a reason why the reviews are so good. And I'm not one to leave reviews. Oh; I forgot to say... 5 STARS; ALWAYS! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We ordered a wide range of items with the highlight being the desi breakfast and the bread and butter pudding 😍 we're always on the lookout for good breakfast options up north and these guys hit the spot! Very tasty omelette paired with parathas beans and kebab patties 👌🏽 The bread and butter pudding is a homemade recipe which was perfectly comforting! We thoroughly enjoyed the samosa chaat aswell; all the right flavours and textures. As well as the classics, they have also introduced some new spuds to their menu! We tried out the keema one and just look at that cheese pull 😍 They've also introduced something new that we've not seen before, Pink Tea Milkshake! Honestly we we didnt know what to expect with this one but it just worked so well and paired with Pistachio sauce 👌🏽 We loved the experience here and comforting vibes, definitely won't be our last visit!

Chaii Stop: A Foodie's Delight If you're looking for a place that serves flavorful street food reminiscent of the bustling streets of Mumbai, look no further than Chaii Stop. From the moment you walk in, the friendly and welcoming staff make you feel right at home. Nestled in a cosy corner, this tea haven has become an integral part of my daily routine ever since I moved into the flat above it. With the enticing aroma of tea leaves and spices that permeates the air, Chaii Stop offers a truly authentic Indian Chai experience. I must confess, the Chai at Chaii Stop captures the essence of the tea available back home in India. The moment you take your first sip, you're greeted with a symphony of flavors that dance on your palate. The Chai is brewed to perfection, striking a delicate balance between the robustness of black tea and the aromatic blend of spices. Each sip is a harmonious blend of warmth and comfort. One dish that truly stands out at Chaii Stop is their Samosa Chaat. This delightful creation combines tanginess and spice in perfect harmony, satisfying the cravings of any chaat lover. With each bite, you're transported back to the vibrant streets of Mumbai, where chaat is a beloved comfort food. The Samosa Chaat at Chaii Stop truly hits the mark. For those seeking a healthier snack option, the eggroll is a must-try. Packed with just the right amount of flavors, the eggroll offers a satisfying taste that leaves you wanting more. It's a great choice for those looking for a quick and nutritious bite. If you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast, the Halwa Poori at Chaii Stop is a perfect choice. The halwa is made to perfection, with just the right amount of sweetness that doesn't overpower the dish. Paired with the flavorful chole and pickle, the dish is well-balanced and truly hits the spot. Starting your Sunday with a Halwa Poori at Chaii Stop is a definite 10/10 experience. One thing that impressed me about Chaii Stop is their generous portion sizes. The dishes are substantial and can easily satisfy the appetite of two people, provided they don't have ravenous appetites. The value for money is certainly commendable. To round off your meal, make sure to indulge in their mouth watering doughnuts. These little treats are an absolute delight, melting in your mouth as soon as you take a bite. They are an absolute must-have when visiting Chaii Stop. In addition to the fantastic food, Chaii Stop creates a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The service is top-notch, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience. It's the kind of place where you can relax, sip your chai, and savor every bite. In conclusion, Chaii Stop is a foodie's paradise. With its wide array of flavors and authentic street food experience, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in some delicious treats. The friendly staff, great service, and cosy ambiance only add to the overall charm of the place. If you're in the mood for good food and good vibes, Chaii Stop should be at the top...

I have been visiting your restaurant since its opening and I would like to start by appreciating the high quality of your food. Your doughnuts, in particular, are a favourite of mine—they are consistently soft, fresh, and delicious. I have also enjoyed other offerings such as the Desi and English breakfasts, which I found far superior in taste and freshness compared to some other popular establishments. However, I would like to express my concern regarding the customer service experience. On multiple occasions, I have encountered delays in receiving my takeaway orders. Despite placing my order and waiting patiently, I observed that other customers—some appearing to be acquaintances of the staff—were served promptly. On one visit, I waited nearly an hour before approaching the counter, only to find my food had been sitting ready without any notification. More recently, a similar situation occurred where I waited around 45 minutes, unaware that my food was already prepared and left unattended. This lack of communication is disappointing and does not reflect the professional standard that your food quality deserves. I kindly urge your team to implement a simple notification system for takeaway customers, similar to what is practised by establishments like McDonald's or KFC, where customers are promptly informed when their order is ready. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and provide further training to your staff to ensure a smoother, more respectful customer experience. Thank you for your time and continued dedication to...
