Service was fine and staff friendly - however, it's always disappointing when certain branches don't participate in all offers ie; the lunch £4.95 offer. It cost me £6.50 for a sandwich and a drink which would have cost less with a bag of crisps thrown in at a costa down the road. I was taking the meal into the cinema which costs a bomb as it is!!! There's very often long queues before shows. They've got our order wrong twice but given the length of the queue and already being late it wasn't worth the hassle of asking for it to be sorted. Staff are friendly polite and working like troopers but the setup doesn't give them a fighting chance. Was really poor the welcome into the shop the girl didn’t acknowledge me at all. She was miserable and cold. The shop was clean and the coffee tasted nice but was only 3 quarters full the glass.
