McDonald's — Restaurant in Preston

Well oh McDonald had a farm and a million and one restaurants throughout the world including Fulwood in Preston. First off, this information was supplied to me by a friend. This friend will remain nameless in case Ronald McDonald ever reads this review and wants revenge. I have watched quite a few killer clown clips and I don't want Ronald and the dangerous crew that he rolls with, knocking on [insert friends name here] door. I was told the service was excellent, outstanding, exemplary in fact. Every employee should have their wage doubled. Never have people been friendlier. They served the food themselves, like they hunted a wild animal through the jungle for days on end, proud that they had finally butchered the poor cow themselves, rather than just taking it out of the deep freezer and shoving it in a deep fat frying machine.

When my friend, not batman by the way, went to order the food, a quarter pounder with cheese was ordered. To the dismay of not batman, they had no quarter pounder with cheeses available. First off, this is unacceptable, and therefore the review plummets from a 5 to a 3. Imagine going up to Captain Birdseye, asking him for some of his delicious fish fingers, only for him to say "arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh, we have no fish fingers arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh". It would never happen wouldn't it? As long as Captain Birdseye fishes responsibly, not depleting the sea of cod. Poor cod, they live terrible lives.

Anyways, always make sure you stock up on quarter pounders, if needed, go into the countryside, and carry a cow or two into McDonalds. Or else, people will flock to Burger King in there droves, then you would be very...

I came to this mcdonalds as it was convenient because I was shopping in asda. I first arrived and I used the screen to order with my rewards code, I added a few rewards to the basket, then there was an error so I asked a member of staff to help me as it had taken my reward only for her to tell me the order hasn't gone through because all the systems were updating I told her it had took the points from the reward and she said she doesn't know what to do. I then tried to order via the app, I put everything down and placed the order only for it to come up with an error again, I told the same lady about it and she told me to wait a few minutes while the system updates so she can help me. Then I waited 5 minutes, and a group of customers came into the store and they took ages to make an order because they couldn't make up their mind about what they wanted baring in mind I tried to place the order twice and ended up waiting half an hour before I finally could place my order with the very friendly manager. I then took my order home, unpacked everything and suprise suprise there was items missing from my order. I called the store to let them know and they said I could come back and get the missed items, I was happy to do that but as its the middle of the night I didn't fancy driving all the way back for a buger and a drink. Please collect order 15 on the screen after a wait . Then staff member comes out and says mc crispy is going to be another 4 mins and the rest of the food is sat there in a bag .
