Firstly pulled up to the drive thru window, we were asked to wait a moment. Approx 10 minutes later the lady says ‘oh are you waiting to order?’. Afordered, we were handed a ‘cappuccino’ (picture included), the woman at the window spilled abit and then said ‘oh I’ll pop it in another cup’, she put the cup in another cup, then handed it to me out the window, the cup was so full she proceeded to spill some on her hand. The poor woman’s hand instantly got burnt, she held it together but came back 5 minutes later crying with her hand swollen and burnt. She should have been in hospital not back to work. Then another lady asked us what we actually ordered. The order was all incorrect, except the boiling cappuccino. So had to go through it all again, then they realised they overcharged me and had to refund an item. All in all we were in the drive thru for 30 minutes. 10 minutes after leavening the ‘cappuccino’ was still way to hot to drink, as you can see from the photo, and was undrinkable and had to be thrown away. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the poor lady with the burnt hand, I really hope she’s ok and gets a better job we’re she’s not treated like a victim of...
Read moreHave been here a few times in the morning before work now and I can quite frankly say every day my experience is ruined by the rude, moody, aggressive and down right unpleasant barista Kristina. Every morning when I go in here she has a face like thunder and she couldn't be more off putting if she tried. I have never seen her smile at anyone. When she takes your order she just says "yes" then if she cant hear you she will aggressively shout "what" at you. When she asks for you to pay she will aggressively say "put your card in" or just shout how much you need to pay at you - for example this morning she just said "3 and 10" to me. There's no common courtesy she doesn't say please or thank you ever. She slams the coffee cups down when giving them to you. Bashes everything around in the shop - slams the oven door shut. It's quite clear she does not want to be there so I don't know why she just doesn't get a job where she actually wants to be there and leave customers to enjoy their...
Read moreAs Costa places go this one is pretty good and consistent with majorty of other decent Costas I've been too. It's reletively small but does fit in around 10 tables with decent amount of seating, plus a couple bar stool type areas.
Not too stingey on the sockets either, clocked a good 4 spots you could sit down and plug your devices in.
Services was fast and friendly, drink quality was good and parking nearby is free.
Toilet I used was a bit of a mess, not so much grubby, more messy.
As you'd expect there is wheelchair friendly toilets to & the toilets are at the back...
