Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Redditch

I’m disgusted by the attitude and service I’ve just received from this shop. I’ve ordered from Them twice before and fell in love with their pizzas and said I won’t go anywhere else again for my pizzas. Called up this evening to order and the attitude I received was uncalled for! On both occasions I ordered a create your own pizza. He was telling me today I couldn’t have this pizza we don’t do them any more. How can you not do them when it’s a create your own and I’ve had it previously before? TWICE he was very rude again telling me. “I’ve told you again and again you can’t have this pizza it was done as a favour and you was told before this won’t happen again and now your asking again” This has once never been mentioned to me. I’ve called and ordered and gone in and ordered and I’ve not once been told this was some Queens feast pizza that was made of gold and only two available. The rudeness of this man was disgusting. I am a customer coming to spend my money with you to receive a nice meal to be spoken too like that? He couldn’t have cared less that I was going Somewhere else and wasn’t happy.

I will never order from you again so you have lost what could have been a very loyal customer all down too your poor customer service and disgusting attitude towards a customer who was just trying to order the lovely pizza I had twice before.

You need sacking! And by the other comments many others have been on the receiving end of you! I don’t see this shop lasting for many decades to come with disgusting members of...

So me my boyfriend ordered from papa johns and sat waiting for half an hour the money went out of his account and they tried to claim that they had no order on there side Which might be true but far as we was concerned they had the money and never delivered was the worst service I have ever experienced in my life We want to find out how we could resolve the situation and get the money back but he said the help line then hung up on us I wouldn’t recommend ordering here they happy to take the money but when there is a problem they don’t wanna know I use to love getting papa John but never ever have I ever experienced something so bad in my life you completely lost us as customers I will also spread the word to people I know how awful your service is many thanks papa johns We decided to now stick with munchie’s in Redditch they are much better at service and food is amazing and better deals to 😁😁 happy days thanks to munchie’s we love...

I've had bbq base pizza without a problem from papa johns and have ordered here quiet a few times . They've informed me that they wont do a bbq base pizza for me no more as they dont actually have an option to do it and they can put drizzle on top but cannot make a bbq base.. now we'rein the 21st century and we all know that higher brand pizza places do bbq base and we know they'repizzas are more expensive comparing to other pizza places. I've ordered from alot of papa johns before. Birmingham.. London .. there was never an issue& the Redditch store didnt have an issue before but today the Man on the phone was plainly rude saying they wont be doing favours like this anyone. Today is also the last day I can eat before my operation and the last day I can eat pizza for the rest of my life.. really not impressed . wouldn't be ordering from there again even if I could...
