Waited for 2 hours for a delivery on valentine's day, never turned up. When i called they said they would check with the driver, never called back. Then they said it was busy. My wife was concerned they might spit in the food so i decided to go down there to get a refund. Caught the delivery driver on his way out, he confirmed he had no deliveries for my address, when i went in the said it was on its way, until i challenged them. They apparently processed the refund transaction but gave me the merchant copy, i had to record them on video confirming they would refund the payment if it didn't go through. Ruined our valentine's and in a furious state. No food, don't know if the refund went through or not. Never again!!!! Be careful with there prices. they add a pound here or there. I gave them a order that for weeks and weeks it was £14.80 every time it was delivered. Then one day i was in the shop and it was £12.80.The menu said it was an extra pound because the order was under £15.00 when delivered. the menu said it would be an extra pound if delivered over 3 miles away.
