Trishala - Authentic Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Reigate and Banstead

I made an order through Deliveroo, and spent around £30 for one person. I waited 45 minutes, and expected a good quality meal for the prices. Unfortunately this is not what I received. I tried it as I didn’t want to judge with my eyes, but it tasted exactly how I imagined. The food looked/tasted old, cold and flavourless. Considering the wait time, I assumed it would have a much fresher taste, but was disappointed by the lack there of.

When I called to question why I had paid nearly £1 for one poppadom (which was basically dust in a bag) and overall my dissatisfaction with the meal I could not eat, I was met with an extremely unhelpful and unprofessional response. I was spoken over and not given the opportunity to voice my experience. I was extremely disappointed, considering I am relatively new to the area, and have had wonderful experiences elsewhere; This was a real shame. Deliveroo were on the other hand wonderful, and provided an apology for the experience and a full refund; to which I was very grateful .

The quality and service do not match their price points. I will definitely not...

I am an Indian living in UK, currently in Redhill. I can't tell you how much I missed my Indian food. The so called Indian restaurants in Redhill and nearby areas had always disappointed me with the taste.

Thank God we have Trishala now.

This is certainly an AUTHENTIC Indian restaurant. Have been to many Indian restaurants in Surrey and London but let me tell you this is as close as it gets to authentic Indian food and taste. Nobody beats them in taste. Another thing that has amazed me is that right from starters to main course, everything I have eaten in my 4 visits until now tastes wonderful. Each dish has a different taste and flavour and is actually what it claims to be. Another thing that makes this restaurant stand apart is the variety they offer.

Food and Staff both are par excellence.

This has become my favourite place to eat by far and I recommend this place to everyone.

Awful ordered about 2 months ago when we first moved to reigate after being recommended by two separate friends the food was amazing and they gave some freebies tonight ordered again as thought was the best around ordered via uber and after ringing our friends to say we had ordered again as it was amazing to be told stay clear its either new owners or they have just gone down hill I now see why they said stay clear the food is full of oil the masala tastes like its been re cooked over and over the sauce is literally lumps of curdled sauce absolutely awful I take back my 5 star review I left them and tell you first time it's good once they see you are a repeat customer they just give absolutely awful re cooked food with also loads of bones in the chicken stay clear 100 percent our friends are correct it had to be new owners as no way a restaurant in 2 months can go from 10 out of ten to a...
