The way this place is managed is outright bizarre. Tonight I received a tub of oil with a few pieces of chicken floating atop the surface, awful.

But I can forgive things like this, so I phoned up the branch and explained my issue. The young polite lady told me that she has tried to give the chef feedback because "everyone" is calling in saying the same thing.

I asked to speak to the manager, she said that the manager isn't in right now, and she does not know when he is going to be in - it will be at some point during the week.

The store regularly opens up to an hour late, and provides no explanation or forewarning. And I have witnessed the manager shouting at employees through the glass whilst they are closed.

This is the first time I have felt the need to review something, and I don't do it lightly.

Manager, what is going on in your head - are you leaving these new staff to figure things...

Great food but really let down by the poor and slow service.

Out of a team of at least 3 only one person was serving during lunchtime. When someone queried why only one person was serving they said the other till isn't working. Which is fair enough but someone can still help serve food until it calmed down. Instead you had one poor person serving, taking payment and even replacing the rice/noodles when it ran out. It was so slow multiple people left.

I would like to say it was a one off but it's been consistently slow to serve several times I've been there now. Which is...
