115 guys — Restaurant in Ribble Valley

Great food if you get it. We ordered 5 burgers only got 2. 3 of our burgers were given to another person. They had run out of chicken burgers so instead they offered to collect the food that had gone to the wrong person and deliver to us. I refused as you have no idea what happend to the food once it left the takeaway with the incorrect person. Was offered a refund but only for the burgers we were missing. 2 people ate and 3 went hungry and had to order from another place. We also had to return to the takeaway in person for the refund.

I was told at the takeaway if I'd returned the other 2 burgers I would have had a full refund. What were they going to do with these. Sell them on?

I'm not the kind of person to demand free food but when mistakes are made you expect compensation.

Absolute magic. Perfect takeaway. Melt in your mouth OG burger was amazing. First time visiting and it was great. Chips were great, my wife enjoyed her chicken burger and we both agreed it was the best takeout we’ve eaten for a while. Ignore the whinge review about pricing, good value considering the quality. The first takeaway we've not been disappointed with. I look forward to going back.

We've been avoiding takeaways in general because of the quality and cost not matching up. This was the first time that we've thoroughly enjoyed our food. Our chicken burgers and haloumi loaded fries were delicious, well presented and worth the money.
