Firstly to the young girl who was working on Sunday 19th September at around 11am - please do not stay here, you are pleasant and don't deserve being spoken to by the older lady in such a negative attitude!

So 8 Adults and 1 child entered the establishment to be greeted by the older lady stating "if you want food then you'll have to wait" or reply was "not a problem thank you "

She didn't even welcome her customers with a positive attitude, you could of said "hi thank you for coming but you may have a little wait"

We actually didn't mind waiting so we sat at the table.

The young girl came to take our orders, she was pleasant and very professional. But then the old lady shouted across the cafe may I add "drinks only!!! No food!!"

Safe to say we all stood up and walked out! Ignorant isn't the word! If you are the owner then sort your attitude, if you aren't then stop ruining someone else's business!

To the young girl, get out and move to someone who deserves your positive attitude!

Also you lost ALOT of money from us! Wouldn't...

RUDE!!!!! RUDE!!!!! RUDE!!!!!

Avoid this place if you want to be spoken to rudely (if your short staffed as u said, and you can't cope with a table of 8 adults- close and get a different career as hospitality is deffo not for you)

I can't rate your food or drink as we all walked out as the young girl was taking the order (note to the young girl who was working today - your too good for that place - get out)

Greeted negatively by the older lady - who then started shouted across the cafe as the you g girl was taking the order -Drinks only drinks only

Anyway lovely cafe round the corner - in total our bill was £110 - big mistake you rude...

A dog friendly place that is actually dog friendly, where you can sit inside. Despite checking for dog friendly cafes before walking around town, the 1st two we came across that were supposed to be dog friendly only let you sit outside. Due to the cold weather we carried on before finding Moors, and I'm so very pleased that we did. I disagree with previous reviews about the place, as we couldn't find fault at all. Very warm welcome from the staff, and the best breakfast. I think we've had. The quality of the products was superb and provided us with an incredibly tasty meal indeed. If you happen to be there while th breakfast is available then...

We went for late breakfast on saturday, around 12, we ordered a full english and the avocado stach with veggie sausages, food was ok but the tomato and mushrooms of the full English were canned ones, not too great. Dish presentation is a bit poor. Service was ok but, had to ask for the table to be cleaned as they were starting to bring our food without having cleaned the table after the previous customers. Being the first time there, overall, it was not welcoming enough or food good enough to make me want to come back.

Kerb appeal made me stop at Moor this morning. Once inside I was greeted warmly and given time to browse the choices. I'm kind of picky but the proprietor was wonderful and completely happy for me to order off menu and my food arrived promptly - it was hot, well presented and most importantly delicious! The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Real Gluten Free options, not just cake! Wife had gluten free bacon butty, me a sausage bap. Quality meats from Cowmans butchers just up the hill. No extra charge for sachets of sauce on the tables. Friendly, knowledgeable staff & speedy service. Beautiful decor and a multi-aged buzz in the place. Also openly dog friendly. Wonderful place and on my doorstep!!! (Proper sized teapots too!)
