Poor overall especially compared to other branches, service was rushed, the girl came flying out the back whilst still giggling away in convo and rushed my order, felt I wasn’t allowed the time to look at the menu as I was prompted 3 times for my order so I just said 2 karak chais as it was the first thing I could see, the girl asked me if I wanted large to which I replied yes, I then said actually change to one regular and one large but despite this on checking my order later I found she still had charged me for 2 large, it’s not a major thing as it’s a few quid for a cup of tea but service and niceness generally goes a long way when you’re a new business and you want returning customers, the teas were plonked in front of me within 30 second and with that the girl was gone back to the back to continue her ‘loud and laughing convo’, no thanks, no come again, no enjoy your tea, poor service compared to ‘proper’ tea and coffee establishments that have probably taken the time to train their staff, Reccomend action, save your personal laughs and jokes once customers have left or aren’t present, to add to this poor service the tea was cold !!! Sticking to costa from now on where you get a little bit of politeness and hot coffees opposed to cold tea and being overcharged with shocking service ! I’d go back but don’t have the time or patience, I just won’t return, bear that in mind as a new business. Returning customers are everything.

No facilities for disabled. My father was in urge for the toilet and had to climb stairs which he did with great difficulty.
He almost fell up the way. His hand caught the metal hand pole, which had no end cap and was sharp. My father was bleeding.
Whilst in the toilet our empty plates along with our remaining hot drinks were taken away that we paid for.
No reimburse. No apologies. Just smirks and appalling service. I’m absolutely disgusted. Wasn’t able to speak to the owner as he was in his day off spending time with his family as I was told.
I was offered for my number to be passed on to him, so he would call me back the next day to discuss.
I gave my number and the callback never happened. It’s now 5 days since and nothing heard at all. All this happened on Friday (9 Dec 22)…
The manager point blank refused to do anything although he was in charge. What authority does he have then one may ask!
I’m sorry Mr. Owner for the bad review. I waited long enough with no callback and have lost faith. I did give a chance for resolution.
I even went back in the shop on the following day Saturday, and was advised on different information about the callback.
I was felt like I was made a mockery out of in your shop and the covering manager doesn’t show any empathy at all given the way he comes across.

Read moreI just came from here. It's a shame I'm having to write this as I usually really enjoy their food, hence I had come back for the rose falooda. I went for the vanilla version as that's what I was offered in place of the rose being out of stock - which was fine.
What makes a falooda other than ice cream? That would be sev/noodles. Guess what... none in mine. Again, not a problem if they offered to make another or offer a refund.
When I went back, I told the sales lady and she said there's nothing they can do (could make another one?) and even said I probably couldn't taste the sev because of the different flavour (tell me how that makes sense?). I even offered her to check the drink herself but she didn't and I said maybe there's something wrong with your batch, you should probably report to the company for your own sakes. Again no useful response or her trying to resolve this. I come out disappointed and a bit shocked at her uselessness, and only because I told my husband (who tasted and agreed with me..) did I get a refund.
