Kabana — Restaurant in Rochdale

It's £2.50 for a portion of Kebabs, ordered 4 portions, should be £10, paid with my card they charged me £13.44 they did not say to me it would cost more if I paid by card then he tried to say it is 20% vat because i paid by my card which still does not add up.... Literally conned!!!.. Ps.. Btw.. Been going here for years.. Food is good.... But couple of weeks prior the curry was bad.. And I nicely told him as there curries are great normally... Guy was rude and over defensive saying they dont get a lot of complaints... It was just the once so i mentioned it.. .. And have paid via card before... Went back in an told him.. As amount weren't showed when I did contact less... So vat is on top of prices now is it????.. Or only if you bay by card which never have been charged before... And still maths...

Dont ever order from this place!!! I've given them 1 star because it's not possible to give a zero star rating. Otherwise, I would have given them zero. The only reason i ordered from them was because it was the only shop open. I ordered at night, and the guy on the phone was extremely rude from the start. Food didn't arrive for more than 1 and half hours and I called to enquire about the food and he started speaking to me extremely rudely for simply asking why the food is taking so long to deliver when he said 45 mins maximum. I told him I would not accept the food now even if it comes because of how disgusted I was with their service. Don't ever order from...

Rang tonight to place an order, I asked what the total with delivery would be , was told £17.50. When I received order it was incomplete 2 chapattis and a coke missing. I rang back and was told they will send the missing items which they did, But was told by the delivery man I hadn't ordered a coke in a patronising tone, basically implying that I was trying to get something for nothing. What really irked me was I remember clearly ordering coke, he then argued that I hadn't ordered it and that if I wanted it I'd have to pay up which on principle I wouldn't do. So a word of advice if ordering from these sharks get them to read back your order and check it...
