I would have given it a 5 star if it didn't have the following 2 issues: Only 3 access to plugs points for the entire shop. Most coffee shops, even the most basic ones have taken technology to the 21st century and have installed several charging points, including USB plugs, it's beyond me why a big chain like Costa hasn't caught up with this.
2.Toilet locks with codes must be installed to prevent random people (not customers) from using the toilets. This reduces the toilet usage and ensures that the toilets remain clean for longer.As it stands, the toilets tend to be quite dirty.

Read moreAbsolutely the worse Costa ever! Apparently this is a franchise run by a company called Fieldrose. It's regularly understaffed so they have to serve drinks in disposable cups as there aren't any staff to wash up, service is so slow and often queues to the door. Orders aren't served in order and you'll sometimes wait ever longer while people that came In after you are served. Often kids running round and screaming. Avoid this, there are plenty of other muh better coffee shops...
